I am SO stoked that Mad Tea Party is playing POPAsheville! It’ll be our second festival of the year! And it’s only January! Sure bodes well for 2009. Our set is Friday at midnight at the Grey Eagle. POPAsheville is a super cool event. My friend Stephanie and her crew do an amazing job putting together 4 days of killer music, workshops, parties and more. If you live in our around Asheville, it’s sure worth checking out.
However, if you can’t make the festival, all is not lost. You can at least download the FREE compilation that POPAsheville put together, with songs from the bands playing the festival (including our song, “Every Way“). What a terrific way to hear music from talented indie bands. All you have to do is go to the POPAsheville website, www.popasheville.com. There’s a link on the left hand side for the downloads. There’s some terrific stuff on there, I guarantee you’ll find something you like.
